Darcy Meier, Senior Director, Costco Team Leader at Newell Brands, has over 10 years of retail, omni-channel, and e-commerce experience in the US and Canada as a manufacturer and retailer at Walmart and Amazon. We are excited to have Darcy back to share with suppliers on the best practices for e-commerce success.

In this one hour Zoom presentation, Darcy will discuss how suppliers can best structure their teams, determine their online production selection, and set up their online business to maximize sales and profitability. 

By creating the proper foundation and ensuring you have an optimized operating model, she will explain how you can limit and even avoid common (and not so common) challenges in the e-commerce space.
